content--medium color-primary text-align--left  \"><p>If the&nbsp;goal&nbsp;is to&nbsp;reduce&nbsp;sugar, the&nbsp;answer&nbsp;is&nbsp;yes&nbsp;\u2014 at&nbsp;least&nbsp;according&nbsp;to Ingrid.&nbsp;Today,&nbsp;consumption&nbsp;of&nbsp;sugar-sweetened&nbsp;beverages&nbsp;is far&nbsp;too&nbsp;high,&nbsp;and research&nbsp;classifies&nbsp;them&nbsp;as&nbsp;one&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;least&nbsp;healthy&nbsp;foods.&nbsp;The&nbsp;healthiest&nbsp;foods&nbsp;include&nbsp;vegetables,&nbsp;fruits,&nbsp;beans,&nbsp;whole&nbsp;grains,&nbsp;nuts&nbsp;and&nbsp;seeds, plant-based&nbsp;fats,&nbsp;low-fat&nbsp;dairy&nbsp;products, and&nbsp;fish.&nbsp;But&nbsp;sweeteners&nbsp;can&nbsp;be a&nbsp;useful&nbsp;tool&nbsp;to&nbsp;cut&nbsp;down on sugar \u2014&nbsp;without&nbsp;giving&nbsp;up&nbsp;taste.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-lowcaly-blocks-whitespace lowcaly-whitespace\" style=\"--desktop-height:3rem;--mobile-height:3rem;height:var(--desktop-height);width:100%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-lowcaly-blocks-lowcaly-rows lowcaly-rows max-width--site-narrow list--ordered  list--padded list--spacing-default\"><li>Sweeteners\u00a0disrupt\u00a0the\u00a0body\u2019s\u00a0energy\u00a0regulation.<\/li><li>The\u00a0more\u00a0sweetness\u00a0you\u00a0consume, the\u00a0more\u00a0you\u00a0crave\u00a0it.\u00a0<\/li><li>People\u00a0compensate\u00a0by\u00a0eating\u00a0more\u00a0when\u00a0they\u00a0save\u00a0calories\u00a0elsewhere.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br><strong>Ingrid\u2019s\u00a0conclusion:<\/strong>\u00a0None\u00a0of\u00a0these\u00a0hypotheses\u00a0have\u00a0been\u00a0proven drinks&nbsp;can&nbsp;help&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;weight&nbsp;loss over&nbsp;time.&nbsp;<\/li><li>In&nbsp;one&nbsp;study,&nbsp;participants&nbsp;who&nbsp;drank&nbsp;Zero&nbsp;Sugar&nbsp;beverages&nbsp;lost&nbsp;more&nbsp;weight&nbsp;and&nbsp;felt&nbsp;less&nbsp;hungry&nbsp;than&nbsp;those&nbsp;who&nbsp;drank&nbsp;water.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
