Just nu vill jag verkligen f\u00e5 in b\u00e4ttre kost f\u00f6r mig och hela familjen s\u00e5 d\u00e5 v\u00e4ljer jag att fokusera p\u00e5 det. Tillsammans med tid utan m\u00e5sten efter en intensiv h\u00f6st. Det \u00e4r d\u00e5 jag f\u00e5r livet att rulla p\u00e5, det \u00e4r d\u00e5 jag f\u00e5r in b\u00e5de jobb, tr\u00e4ning och kvalitetstid med familj och v\u00e4nner. Det tycker jag \u00e4r sv\u00e5rare \u00f6ver ledigheter d\u00e5 jag s\u00e4llan \u00e4r helt ledig. Jag \u00e4lskar vardagen och jag har f\u00f6rm\u00e5nen att kunna styra mycket \u00f6ver min egen tid, vilket g\u00f6r att jag kan f\u00e5 en vardag som ger mig energi. <\/p><p>Jag tror lite p\u00e5 att ta ledigheten till att fundera p\u00e5 hur man vill ha sin vardag, vad man beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r att orka och m\u00e5 bra och vad som m\u00e5ste in. Och sen f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker man g\u00f6ra sm\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i den riktningen. Det \u00e4r det som ger mig en bra ing\u00e5ng p\u00e5 dagen. Om det k\u00e4nns motigt allt f\u00f6r ofta, kan man g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gon justering s\u00e5 att det k\u00e4nns l\u00e4ttare? Rutiner \u00e4r ju tillf\u00f6r att vardagen och livet ska bli lite enklare, att det ska \u201dg\u00e5 p\u00e5 rutin\u201d utan att det kostar alltf\u00f6r mycket energi. S\u00e5 jag tror det \u00e4r v\u00e4rt att fundera n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng extra kring vad det \u00e4r som g\u00f6r att det k\u00e4nns motigt och se om man kan g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gon f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-lowcaly-blocks-whitespace lowcaly-whitespace\" style=\"--desktop-height:3rem;--mobile-height:3rem;height:var(--desktop-height);width:100%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-lowcaly-blocks-simple-content lowcaly-simple-content max-width--site-narrow\"><h2 class=\"simple-content-headline heading--small color-primary text-align--left\">Frukosten s\u00e4gs vara dagens viktigaste m\u00e5l, hur ser en typisk frukost ut f\u00f6r dig?<\/h2><div class=\"simple-content-text content--medium color-primary text-align--left  \"><p>En typisk frukost f\u00f6r mig \u00e4r havregrynsgr\u00f6t som jag smaks\u00e4tter med kanel och kardemumma, blandar i lite fiberhusk. Serverar med frukt (och b\u00e4r om jag har det hemma), lite soygurt, lite n\u00f6tsm\u00f6r och granola. Jag dricker alltid en kaffe med havredryck i samband med frukost och vatten eller<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowcaly.com\/sv\/produkter\/frukostdryck\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"> Lowcalys Frukostdryck<\/a>. Ha l\u00e5ga ambitioner, s\u00e4nka ribban. Om man inte har tr\u00e4nat p\u00e5 l\u00e4nge, \u00e4r det p\u00e5 tok f\u00f6r ambiti\u00f6st att t\u00e4nka att man ska tr\u00e4na 3-4 g\u00e5nger per vecka och \u00e4ta superh\u00e4lsosamt varje m\u00e5ltid. <\/p><p>Kring kost t\u00e4nker jag att man kan t\u00e4nka 80\/20 &#8211; d\u00e4r 80% av m\u00e5ltiderna \u00e4r genomt\u00e4nka och planerade och resterande 20% \u00e4r lite mer p\u00e5 feeling. Och g\u00e4llande kosten \u00e4r det alltid enklare att t\u00e4nka vad du ska addera till varje m\u00e5ltid f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra den lite mer h\u00e4lsosam, \u00e4n vad du ska ta bort. Jag har blivit en j\u00e4kel p\u00e5 att addera gr\u00f6nsaker till varje m\u00e5ltid tack vare att jag alltid har p\u00e5sar med frysta gr\u00f6nsaker i frysen och alltid ser till att ha frukt hemma. <\/p><p>Och g\u00e4llande tr\u00e4ningen s\u00e5 t\u00e4nk att allt du g\u00f6r \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n inget och att du beh\u00f6ver planera in det, \u00f6ver tid, f\u00f6r att du ska b\u00f6rja f\u00e5 in vanan. B\u00f6rja med 30 minuter 2 g\u00e5nger per vecka. Men kanske kan du addera lite fler steg till vardagen? Och att tr\u00e4ningen b\u00e5de best\u00e5r av konditionstr\u00e4ning och styrketr\u00e4ning.
