GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS
Below you will find the general competition terms that apply to NJIE Foods AB, company registration number 556761-7518, including its existing and future group companies (hereinafter referred to as the Company), competitions published in the Company’s directly controlled or in third party controlled channels. By participating in the competitions that the Company organizes, you agree to these competition terms. These competition terms apply to the extent that nothing else has been stated in a specific Competition post (defined more below). In the event of discrepancies between a Competition post and these competition terms, the Competition post shall prevail over the competition terms. If something is not covered in the Competition post, these competition terms shall always function as an appendix and supplement.
ABOUT THE ORGANIZER
NJIE Foods AB (company registration number 556761-7518), located at Krokslätts Fabriker 30, 431 37, Mölndal, is the responsible organizer for competitions organized under the brands NJIE, ProPud and Lowcaly.
Participation
Who can participate in the competition?
To participate in any of our competitions, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in Sweden. Employees of the Company, of legal entities within the same group or of legal entities with a financial interest in the Company, as well as the families of such employees, may not participate in any of the competitions we organize. The Company reserves the right to prohibit, disqualify and exclude individuals from participating in competitions if it is suspected that rules are being abused or the competition is being manipulated.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR COMPETITIONS
In certain cases, specific conditions for an individual competition and the prize that can be won may be stated in the competition post published by the Company in the relevant channel. Each competition runs until the date stated in the competition post, and entries received after this date will not be considered.
Specifically for competitions in social media
The Company’s competitions advertised in social media, such as Facebook or Instagram, are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with the chosen social media platform. To participate, you must have an open profile and follow the platform’s rules.
Right to use name
Your rights
By participating in competitions organized by the Company, you agree that your name may be used for marketing in relevant channels. By accepting these competition terms, you also give us permission to use your name, without any compensation to you, for marketing in our channels in accordance with the Act on Names in Advertising (1978:800).
Responsibility for submitted contributions
As a participant, you are responsible for ensuring that your contribution does not contain any offensive or illegal material. All contributions that are deemed inappropriate will be removed immediately.
PROCESSING OF COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy. The data is used to administer the competitions, by competing you accept these terms and you consent to this. Since the Company organizes competitions that are communicated on several channels, it is important that you understand how we work with cookies and you can read more about this in our Cookie Policy.
HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED
Winners are selected either by lottery or by a jury appointed by NJIE Foods AB. Which approach is used varies between the different competitions. The decision about the winner is final and cannot be appealed. In order for the winner to receive their prize, the Company will respond to the winner via the relevant channel depending on the channel where the competition was carried out. It is only then that the winner will be instructed on what delivery and contact information is needed to deliver the prize. If no response is received from the winner for a period longer than three working days after the first contact, the competition prize will go to another participant.
Prizes and elimination
Prize delivery
How the prize is distributed will be determined between the winner and the Company. Winners will be contacted and presented after the stated closing date for each competition.
Taxes and fees
All prizes are personal and cannot be transferred to another, and any winnings tax is paid by the winner.
Delivery of prize
We strive to send out prizes as soon as possible, directly to the lucky winner. The company is responsible for any shipping costs of the prize.
Complaint & Right of Exchange
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts or other goods. Warranty or right of complaint does not apply to the prize.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS
NJIE Foods AB reserves the right to make changes to these competition rules without prior notice if they deem it necessary.
TECHNICAL OBSTACLES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Technical problems
The Company cannot be held responsible for technical problems, interruptions, or other obstacles that may affect participation in the competition or its outcome. This includes, but is not limited to, technical problems with websites, social media, databases, data networks, computer equipment or software.
Third party involvement
The Company disclaims all responsibility for errors, damages or losses caused by third parties, including but not limited to service providers, social media platforms or other participants.
Changes to the competition
The Company reserves the right to make changes to the competition, including its rules and prizes, without prior notice. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the Company may choose to cancel, extend, shorten, modify or terminate the competition.
Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for fulfilling its obligations under these rules if it is prevented by circumstances that the Company could not reasonably have foreseen or that are beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to strike, lockout, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemics or other similar events (Force Majeure).
