You don’t need to provide any Personal Data to visit the digital channels, but if you don’t provide required information or explicit consent where needed, you may not be able to use the Services or access all parts of the digital channels.

PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
Personal Data means any kind of information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a living individual.
We collect and process your Personal Data only with your consent or based on an existing agreement or legal obligation, for example when we must retain data under accounting rules. Exceptions apply where prior consent isn’t practically possible, the processing is still permitted by law, and we have a legitimate interest in processing the Personal Data—e.g., for marketing, service follow-up, or to exercise or defend legal claims—according to a legitimate interest assessment.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
To manage your orders and purchases, we need information such as name, address, phone number, email, personal identity number (in some cases), payment information and payment options, plus other details about your order like product, delivery address, and order number. We store this information for 36 months from the time delivery and payment have been completed, so we can assist you with claims or other warranty matters. The legal basis for this processing is our contractual relationship with you under our General Terms of Use.
We also need to retain information about you—name, address, payment information and payment history, and other order details—for up to 7 years plus the current year to comply with the Accounting Act. This type of information is limited to our finance department, and the legal basis for processing in this case is our statutory obligation.
When you contact customer service, we usually need information from you such as name, phone number, email, personal identity number, payment information and payment history, details about your order, and other information you share in your communication about your case. We store this type of information for 14 months from the time your case with us is closed. The legal basis for this processing is your consent and our legitimate interest, as the processing is necessary for the relevant purpose.
To maximize your experience on our site and give you the best possible product recommendations, we process information about IP address and other data collected by cookies and similar technologies—for example, which products you’ve clicked on, favorites, and shopping history. You grant consent to this information by accepting cookies when you first visit our site. You can clear your cookie data at any time, but doing so may affect your site experience and some features may be reduced. The legal basis is also your consent and our legitimate interest, as the processing is necessary for the relevant purpose.

When you sign up for our newsletter, we’ll obtain your consent to process information about you such as name, address, phone number, email, and other details you provide—for example gender, age, and product preferences. If you choose to unsubscribe from our newsletter (opt-out), we’ll immediately stop sending newsletters to you. We may retain your information for up to 12 months after you unsubscribe. The legal basis for this processing is your consent and our legitimate interest, as the processing is necessary for the relevant purpose.
To prevent misuse of our services or prevent/avoid crime, we process information such as name, address, phone number, email, payment information (for example repeated incorrect card number entries), data on returns or deliveries, IP number, customer notes, and customer service history. We store this type of data for 36 months after we’ve closed the case. The legal basis for this processing is a legitimate interest assessment.
To improve our services, products, and systems, and to analyze data, we process information about your purchase and usage behavior (for example click and visit history), technical data about settings on different devices such as language, platform, operating system and IP address, and information about how you interact with us—how you log in, where you visit the site, when you leave, how you move around the site, etc. We do this through analysis at an aggregated level, meaning the analysis is general and not at the individual level. We store such data in plain text for one year from your latest activity as a basis for analysis, and then we pseudonymize the information, which means it’s no longer possible to see who the data belongs to. The legal basis for this processing is also a legitimate interest assessment.
If you return within two years from when we pseudonymized your data, we’ll link your data to your previous visit to our site so we can see that you’re a returning customer and better understand how returning customers generally use our site. If more than two years have passed since we pseudonymized your data, we can no longer link the information and your history will be empty. If you contact us to exercise your right to be erased, we naturally won’t be able to reconnect any information about you.
