Orange kissed american pancakes

Golden pancakes with a hint of orange – perfect for brunch or a cozy weekend breakfast. Pile them high and top with creamy ProPud Vanilla, a sprinkle of orange zest and coconut, or go fresh with berries and crunchy nuts.
Ingredienser
- 200 ml Lowcaly Sunny Orange
- 400 ml oat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150 ml plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, plus extra for frying
- ProPud Protein Pudding Vanilla and organic orange zest for topping
Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil. Whisk all ingredients into a smooth batter and let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat a pan with a little coconut oil. Add about 1/2 dl (3–4 tbsp) of batter per pancake and cook on medium heat. Flip when the top is almost set, then cook until golden on the other side.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings – creamy ProPud pudding, citrus zest, toasted coconut, or fresh fruit and nuts.
