
WHITE PEACH MANGO SORBET

A fresh and fruity sorbet with flavors of white peach and mango – sweet, tangy and full of taste. The perfect choice for a healthier dessert!
IngredienTS
- 200 ml Lowcaly Fruit Drink White Peach
- 250 g frozen mango
- 1 peach
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp sweetener
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Blend Lowcaly Fruit Drink White Peach and frozen mango until smooth.
- Pour into a freezer-safe bowl (without a lid) and place in the freezer.
- Stir every 45-60 minutes to break up the ice crystals until the sorbet is completely frozen.
- Slice the peach, remove the pit, and fry in coconut oil and sweetener until golden.
- Serve the sorbet with the warm peach.
- Garnish with basil.
